Implementing Identity Support Plans for Elementary and Secondary Grade Level: Transgender, Gender Non-conforming and Non-binary Students

An Identity Support Plan (IDSP) provides the opportunity for school staff to work together with gender diverse students, and potentially their caregivers, to understand and identify ways in which the student’s identity is respected at school. This IDSP process fosters an educational environment that is safe and supportive for ALL students and serves as an effective tool to help guide school staff through conversations with families, other caregivers, and children.

    Tuesday, August 30, 2022 – Midday Training- 12:30 – 2:00 p.m., Q&A 2:00 – 2:30 p.m.
  • LGBTQ + Equity for Secondary:
