OMID Multicultural Institute for Development (OMID)

OMID’s Mission is to improve the quality of life for distressed families, particularly immigrants, through providing culturally and linguistically responsive mental health care and social services. OMID Offers Multi-Cultural and Multi-Lingual:

Child Guidance Center of Orange County

Crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation and/or psychological assessment and testing, individualized weekly therapy sessions with designated therapist, medication support(if needed), and use of innovative treatment modalities including T-FCBT, PCIT, EMDR, for children ages 0-21 years. Specialize in recovery from trauma, abuse, neglect of community violence. Our Strong Families, Strong Children program provides comprehensive mental health, housing, domestic violence, and legal services for veteran and military-connected families, including Peer Navigation and Case Management. Child Guidance Center also provides trainings for professional and para-professional mental health providers, school counselors and more. Out-patient clinic locations in Santa Ana, Buena Park, Fullerton and San Clemente and satellite service locations at Family Resource Centers across Orange County. Serving vulnerable children, youth and families in OC since 1967, with over 100 licensed mental health professionals and masters and doctoral level interns, helping 4,500 youth and family members annually
